The B.E.N. Center is home of the Smarter Lunchrooms National Office.  Smarter Lunchrooms, launched in 2009, is a national movement designed to disseminate the discoveries from the B.E.N. Center and its partners to school lunchrooms across the country.  The Smarter Lunchrooms Movement is growing fast.  Almost 30,000 schools are currently using the applied behavioral economics research-based Smarter Lunchrooms strategies to increase participation, improve consumption of healthy foods, and decrease waste, while maintaining revenue.
